Jobsite Steel Mfg, LLC has a culture deeply rooted in relationships both internally and externally. The Jobsite Steel team has over 250 years of combined light gauge experience. The combined resume of the team provides expertise that is virtually unmatched in the light gauge construction industry. Many members of the manufacturing team have been with Jobsite Steel Mfg, LLC since its inception. The internal culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, teamwork, shared experiences, and family. 



Morgan Ellis, Chief Executive Officer – 

Morgan Ellis is an industry founder of CAD CAM cold formed steel panel fabrication, previously managing the largest manufacturing operation to date on a global scale. As acting CEO, he brings twenty-four years of specialized knowledge to the Jobsite Steel Mfg, LLC team. Morgan’s knowledge of all aspects of light gauge panelization from innovation to roll forming to manufacturing to installation makes him an invaluable asset to the immediate operations and long-term strategic vision of Jobsite Steel. Morgan resides in San Diego, California with his wife and two daughters.


Robert Miller, Chief Operating Officer – 

Robert Miller is an experienced Chief Operating Officer who has managed Cold-Formed Steel manufacturing plants, high-volume warehousing as well distribution facilities for multi-million-dollar companies on an international level. Law School educated, he has a superior ability to introduce new technology and operational initiatives that streamline processes and improve efficiency, as well as productivity. Robert brings 14 years of management experience to the team. He currently resides in Florida with his wife and 3 children.

Paul King, Chief Financial Officer – 

Paul King is serving as the interim Chief Financial Officer of Jobsite Steel Mfg, LLC. Paul qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and completed his MBA in the UK. He moved to the United States eight years ago.  He has been running Symphony Development Group LLC for the past five years specializing in the implementation of cloud-based accounting software solutions. Paul has also undertaking an outsourced CFO role for his clients. Paul has a background in multi-site Retail and Manufacturing businesses.

Daniel Odom, Chief Innovation Officer –

Daniel Odom is an industry expert. He has been in light gauge construction since 1994, and panelized construction since 2007.  Starting in the field as a laborer, carpenter, project manager, and estimator before advancing to COO of a 350 employee construction company, Daniel came to Jobsite in 2016.  His current role is to manage the estimating and value-engineering needs of the company.  As the Chief Innovation Officer, he ensures the company stays on the forefront of research and development activities across a wide spectrum of techniques and processes.


 Dave Hanna, Chief Technology Officer – 

Dave Hanna is a world leader in automation for the construction industry. Dave has spent the past fifteen years designing and developing some of the fastest, most accurate, automated production equipment in the world. Dave has personally designed and engineered control systems for many multi-million dollar production lines and managed the production of over 100 million dollars of both equipment and product. Dave has set up companies and equipment in all parts of the world including China, Europe, Australia, Russia, UAE, Mexico and New Zealand. Dave Hanna has an Electrical Engineering background and a lifelong love of technology and gadgets.



Kristi Mathews, National Director of Business Development – – (865)803-3938

Kristi Mathews is a veteran member of the Jobsite Steel Mfg, LLC team. Kristi has been the acting Director of Business Development for Jobsite Steel since 2016 where she is tasked with client management, new market development, and company sales. Prior to her Business Development role, she held the position of Director of Preconstruction. Kristi’s career in union, construction related trades spans over twenty years to include electrical, interior systems, and light gauge panelization. She holds a Master of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee, and additionally, post graduate work toward her doctoral degree. Kristi is a published author of books and articles for construction related fields for technical training, train the trainer courses, and academic institutions such as Auburn University.

Thad Maynard, Business Development, West Coast Region –  

Thad Maynard is heading up the west coast business development efforts.  Thad spent most of his professional career within the construction industry working in positions as VP of Operations as well as Director of Planning and project management for two Fortune 500 companies.  In 2007, Thad was introduced to the innovation of light gauge panelization where he served as VP of Business Development for the national and international market based in Southern California. Thad loves hunting back on the East Coast as well as going to the beach. He currently resides in San Diego with his wife and two daughters.  

Cameron Ellis, Project Manager –

Cameron Ellis is the lead project manager for Jobsite Steel Mfg, LLC. Cameron comes from a family with a long history of light gauge construction experience, particularly panelization. Cameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship & Small Business. He worked for one of the leading Interior Systems companies in the United States as well as served as a project manager internationally in New Zealand.

Carrie Craig, Director of Human Resources – 

Carrie Craig is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Carrie joined  joined the Jobsite Steel team fulfilling the role of Marketing Manager and Special Events and assisted the Director of Business Development. She has recently transitioned into the role of Director of Human Resources. Mrs. Craig resides in Maryville, Tennessee with her husband and two children.


Traves Walters, Lead Estimator – 

Traves is a Construction Contractor with over twenty years’ experience in the residential and commercial building and renovation markets. He is up to date on all current ICC building codes and maintains his connections to provide the most cost-efficient estimates for Jobsite Steel Mfg, LLC customers. Traves resides in Knoxville, TN with his stepchildren, step grandchildren and his pet turtle.


Jonathan Shoupe, Design Coordinator –

Jonathan Shoupe is an original member of the Jobsite Steel team. Jonathan began his career as a carpenter in the field. As part of the initial fabrication crew of Jobsite Steel, he was promoted to Fabrication Shop Foreman. Jonathan implemented and managed the fabrication Quality Control program until he became a drafter and shop drawing QC manager. Jonathan currently holds the position of Preconstruction Manager. He is a member of the Army National Guard and resides in Tennessee with his wife.
