Danny started in the commercial construction industry in the early 1990’s, working summers while still in high school. After graduating from the University of Tennessee 1998, he began a career in construction estimating and project management, focusing mainly on the metal stud and drywall industry.

Danny was promoted to Vice President, and eventually to COO, where he oversaw the explosive growth of a third generation, family-owned, commercial construction company spanning several trades. A small group of a few dozen employees, working primarily within 100 miles of the Knoxville, TN corporate home base, grew to over 400 employees in several regional offices covering 12 states.

In the mid 2000’s, Danny found his focus and passion shifting into prefabrication. He developed concept work that is presently being used in some form at Jobsite Steel today. In 2011, working along with Jobsite Steel CEO Pat Flood, Danny worked on development of processes and vision that ultimately became the beginnings of Jobsite Steel.

From the company’s inauguration in 2013, Danny served as de facto COO. In January 2016, he accepted the formal role as Chief Operating Officer of Jobsite Steel. In its first three years of operation, Jobsite Steel has experienced almost 300% annual growth, and has placed product on over 150 sites around the country.
Randy joined Jobsite Steel Manufacturing, LLC as its full-time Chief Financial Officer in 2016 after spending two years serving in that capacity as an outside consultant.

Prior to joining Jobsite, Randy spent 27 years in public accounting, the last 17 as a partner at a mid-sized, Chicago based certified public accounting firm.

During his time in public accounting Randy focused a majority of his energy in the construction and industrial manufacturing industries.
